Job summary

ENGEL is seeking a Service Technician to perform remote support and on-site service at customer sites, installing and servicing injection molding equipment while providing customer training as needed.

The role requires strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems, with focus on resolving complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Travel to sites and collaboration with internal teams are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in injection molding troubleshooting or as field service technician.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs injection molding machines and robots at customer sites.
• Performs safety checks and teaches customers proper operation.
• Orders and installs replacement parts as needed; documents issues.
