Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive infusion therapy services in the Auburn Hills, MI territory. It’s a high-earning, relationship-driven sales role focused on developing referral partnerships with GI, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, Rheumatology, and related specialties.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in healthcare sales, proven ability to exceed targets, and strong relationships with physicians and clinics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare sales experience.
• Proven success developing new business and meeting targets.
• Experience selling to physicians, clinics, or healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with medical practices and providers.
• Build relationships with physicians, clinic leaders, and referral sources.
• Develop referral partnerships across GI, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, Rheumatology.
• Prospect for new accounts and expand the territory's referral network.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales and referral-growth goals.
• Maintain CRM activity, pipeline, notes, and forecasts.
