Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Sales professional to drive growth in a defined territory and increase top-line revenue for infusion therapies. You will develop territory plans, present partnerships to health system leaders, and coordinate with Clinical Liaison and branch staff to secure new business opportunities.

The role requires strong sales experience in healthcare, with travel up to 75% and collaboration with internal teams to deliver value to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of sales experience; pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred.
• High school diploma and at least 5 years of sales experience; pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred.
• Experience applying sales and marketing principles to promote products and services.
• Experience analyzing sales data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop and implement sales strategies for assigned territory.
• Present partnership opportunities to healthcare leaders to drive new business growth.
• Prioritize accounts based on potential and profitability; track activity toward objectives.
• Create and update short- and long-term account plans; communicate strategies internally.
