Job summary

The Remedy Group is seeking a Territory Account Executive – Specialty Infusion to drive growth in our infusion referrals across a dedicated market in Texas. You will build trusted partnerships with physicians, clinics, infusion centers and pharmacy partners while expanding our specialty therapies.

In this field-based role, you’ll develop a strategic territory plan, manage multiple accounts, educate providers on therapies, and maintain accurate CRM activity to support timely patient admissions

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales or business development experience.
• Specialty pharmacy, infusion, pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare sales experience.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Strategic, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to manage a field-based territory and multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan
• Prospect, qualify and grow healthcare accounts and referral sources
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, clinics, infusion centers and pharmacy partners
• Educate providers on priority therapies and available services
• Partner with intake and operations to support timely patient admissions
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and growth opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, account information and reporting
• Represent the organization at conferences and industry events
