Responsibilities

• Register patients for procedures and appointments and collect demographic details.
• Obtain insurance information and ensure proper scheduling.
• Record patient history and obtain pre-certification/authorization.
• Assist patients to sign up for hospital and physicians electronic portals.
• Make notification calls to relay procedure and surgery preparation information.
• Schedule appointments across multiple specialties and coordinate OR timing.
