Job summary

Corewell Health's Infusion Scheduler coordinates, schedules, reschedules and cancels infusion appointments for oncology and general patients in a fast-paced infusion center. • High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of relevant experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or other related fields.

• Coordinate, schedule, reschedule and cancel infusion appointments for oncology and general patients in a high-volume center.
• Assist with patient checkout, referrals, office procedures, and review of medical records.
• Obtain insurance authorizations and support with denials/appeals.
• Handle EMR/EHR scanning and EPIC uploads; train new team members.
• Serve as Patient Services Representative when needed and participate in safety initiatives.
