Responsibilities

• Coordinate all patient infusion treatments and therapies with physician appointments.
• Manage infusion scheduling, work queues, and In Basket communications in EPIC.
• Collaborate with physician teams to support treatment coordination.
• Work with the authorization team to confirm required approvals for scheduling.
• Serve as a key patient contact to confirm and communicate appointment details.
• Support department statistics and ensure schedule accuracy and timeliness.
