Job summary

Palmetto Infusion is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to help manage infusion clinic scheduling and patient onboarding. You will review ambulation, lab results, clearance requirements, and coordinate with physicians and vendors to ensure timely care.

The role emphasizes patient-first communication, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with opportunities to support patients across our ambulatory and home-based infusion services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 year of scheduling and customer service experience.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure in a calm, changing environment.
• Collaborative team player with Palmetto Infusion staff.

Responsibilities

• Schedule initial patient appointments and ongoing scheduling.
• Review ambulation, lab results, wash-out periods, pre-meds and clearance needs.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to resolve barriers to patient care.
• Make outbound calls to set appointments and follow up on actions.
• Triages calls with knowledge in pharmacy, patient services, and clinical workflows.
