Corewell Health in Grand Rapids is seeking an Infusion Scheduler to coordinate and manage oncology and general infusion appointments. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and teamwork to ensure exceptional patient experience while supporting a high-volume infusion center.

The position is full-time, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with no weekends. EPIC EHR familiarity and prior insurance/billing exposure are valuable assets for success in this fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or other related fields.
• Ability to interact with patients and teams in a fast-paced infusion center environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, schedule, reschedule, and cancel infusion appointments for oncology and general patients.
• Register patients and assist with complex patient/customer problem solving during check-in and treatment.
• Obtain insurance authorizations and verify prior authorization as needed.
• Perform EMR/EHR scanning and EPIC uploads; manage Right Fax transmissions.
• Assist training of new team members and participate in safety initiatives.
• Support other duties as assigned and act as Patient Services Representative when needed.
