Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a qualified field service professional to cover nearby regions and travel across Puerto Rico and other parts of the USA. The role focuses on inspecting, evaluating, and servicing infusion pumps, ensuring safety and compliance with standards.

You will install, test, and modify equipment, while training customer personnel on operation and maintenance procedures. The position requires complexity handling with detailed records and adherence to EH&S policies,

Qualifications

• Requires a technical degree or equivalent field service experience.
• Must read and understand English documentation.
• Willingness to travel across Puerto Rico and US.
• Excellent problem-solving and independent-work capability.

Responsibilities

• Cover nearby regions and travel to hospitals and healthcare facilities in Puerto Rico and surrounding areas.
• Inspect, evaluate, and service infusion pumps to ensure proper function and safety.
• Install, test, operate, maintain, repair, and modify equipment.
• Provide customer training on operation, maintenance, and inspection procedures.
• Document maintenance actions and participate in installation planning.
• Adhere to environmental, health, safety SOPs and department requirements.
