Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated field service professional to cover Puerto Rico and neighboring regions, visiting hospitals and healthcare facilities to inspect, service, and repair infusion pumps. You will train customer staff, analyze failures, and implement improvements while following safety SOPs.

Scheduling is Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:45 PM, with occasional weekends and local/abroad travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience, or associate degree with 5 years in a related field service.
• Alternatively, 5–7 years field service experience in electronics/technical areas.
• Must read and comprehend material in English.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, evaluate, and service infusion pumps to ensure proper function and safety.
• Install, check out, operate, maintain, repair, and modify equipment.
• Provide guidance and training to customer personnel on operation and maintenance.
• Analyze equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Adhere to environmental, health, and safety SOPs and document maintenance.
