Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC in Puerto Rico and the USA seeks a motivated field service engineer to join our team. You will travel regionally to hospitals and healthcare facilities, inspect and service infusion pumps, and ensure equipment safety and compliance.

You will install, calibrate, train customer staff, and document maintenance actions while adhering to environmental, health, and safety standards. Monday–Friday 7:45 AM–4:45 PM with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field service, electronics, or technical areas.
• Willingness to travel locally and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Cover nearby regions and travel to hospitals and healthcare facilities in Puerto Rico.
• Inspect, evaluate, and service infusion pumps to ensure proper function and safety compliance.
• Install, check out, operate, maintain, repair, and modify equipment as needed.
• Provide guidance and training to customer personnel on operation and maintenance procedures.
• Identify and implement corrective actions on equipment and processes.
