Job summary

AOM Infusion is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in our home and specialty infusion services. The role focuses on promoting our services to referral sources and coordinating with the sales and clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient intake.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in medical sales, experience in home infusion or related services, and strong communication and presentation skills to influence providers and drive patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years medical sales experience.
• Marketing experience in home infusion or related services is highly desirable.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, clinical and reimbursement teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a marketing plan aligned with sales objectives.
• Coordinate with Chief Sales Officer to meet quotas and budgets.
• Serve as liaison between branch staff and referral sources during patient intake.
• Manage administrative forms and communications in patient intake.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and report results.
• Provide feedback to management on sales issues and referrals.
• Attend training classes and industry/patient support meetings.
