Job summary

AOM Infusion is seeking an Account Executive in Southern California to drive growth through strategic marketing and sales initiatives. The role requires collaboration with clinical and reimbursement teams, managing patient intake communications, and delivering on quota with a self-directed sales approach.

Ideal candidates will have a healthcare or marketing background with at least 3 years in medical sales, plus strong interpersonal and presentation skills to engage referral sources and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business or marketing preferred (or equivalent experience).
• At least 3 years medical sales experience.
• Marketing experience in home infusion, home care or specialty injectables is highly desirable.
• A clinical degree is also highly desirable.
• Ability to work as a team with marketing, clinical and reimbursement personnel to achieve patient satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing; strong presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create an overall marketing plan that supports the company's sales objectives.
• With CSO support, use the marketing plan to guide daily activities and achieve quota and budget goals.
• Act as the primary liaison between branch personnel and referral sources during patient intake.
• Manage all administrative forms and communications required during patient intake.
• Participate in quality assurance through reviews, meetings and reporting.
• Provide feedback to management regarding sales issues and referral source or patient complaints.
• Attend training classes and complete sales assignments as required.
• Attend industry and patient support meetings.
