Job summary

Druid City Vital Care in Memphis, TN seeks an Account Executive (AE) focused on home infusion services. You will drive sales growth by developing relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral sources to promote acute infusion therapies delivered at patients’ homes and local clinics.

You will create strategic plans, manage a territory, stay current on infusion therapies, conduct market analysis, educate providers, and ensure compliant, high-quality service

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of infusion therapies and the healthcare market.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• 2–4 years of healthcare sales experience.
• Registered Nurse preferred.
• Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet targets.
• Call on hospital case managers, discharge planners, and referral sources.
• Build relationships with hospital leaders and physician offices.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with reimbursement, intake, clinical and leadership teams.
• Conduct market analysis and identify trends.
• Provide feedback to management on market conditions and needs.
• Represent the company at conferences and events.
• Maintain knowledge of home infusion therapies and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and keep CRM records.
