Local Infusion is seeking an Insurance & Intake Coordinator—an Infusion Guide—to support referral and intake coordination with strong customer service. The role centers on ensuring patients receive high-quality infusion therapy and navigating insurance processes.

As an onsite, full-time position in Plainview, NY, you will work M-F, 8:00am–4:30pm, with a training plan and eligibility in benefits, authorizations, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Health Care Experience Required.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of the infusion referral process; obtaining authorizations, financial counseling, benefit investigation.
