KabaFusion is seeking a Specialty Infusion Manager to drive Chronic and IVIG patient referrals in a defined territory and collaborate with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in infusion or healthcare, strong MS Office skills, and proven success in business development and customer service. This role is based in Marietta, GA and offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in infusion services or related healthcare.
• Experience in business development and customer service required.
• Familiarity with reimbursement policies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage referrals from clinics, physicians, and payors.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations for service delivery.
• Achieve revenue and profit goals by expanding market share.
• Participate in sales meetings and trainings.
• Analyze territory performance and develop strategic plans.
• Resolve customer service issues promptly.
• Support managed care pricing submissions.
• Maintain accurate call and expense reports.
• Develop knowledge of disease states and reimbursement policies.
• Train staff on customer service best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
