The role links healthcare providers with infusion services, balancing business development with patient-focused care. You will work autonomously with clinical, pharmacy, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Experience in infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, or pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% regionally.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and payers.
• Driving referrals for chronic and IVIG infusion therapies.
• Collaborating with pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams.
• Identifying growth opportunities and expanding market presence.
• Providing education and representing the organization at meetings and events.
• Tracking activity, performance, and expenses in CRM systems.
