Job summary

KabaFusion in Chicago, IL seeks a Specialty Infusion Manager to drive Chronic and IVIG referrals within a defined territory. You will work closely with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations to ensure seamless service and achievement of revenue goals.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years in infusion or healthcare, and proven ability to build relationships with clinics, physicians, payors, and other referral sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum of two years in infusion services or related healthcare field preferred.
• Familiarity with reimbursement policies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage relationships with key referral sources to generate Chronic and IVIG referrals.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams for seamless service delivery.
• Achieve net revenue and EBITDA goals by expanding market share and securing new opportunities.
• Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and in-service presentations to support business development.
• Analyze territory performance and develop strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
• Address and resolve customer service issues promptly to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Support managed care initiatives and assist with pricing submissions with sales leadership.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation including call and expense reports.
• Develop knowledge of relevant disease states, drug therapies, and reimbursement policies.
• Assist in training staff on customer service best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
