Job summary

KabaFusion is seeking a Specialty Infusion Manager in the Philadelphia region to drive Chronic and IVIG patient referrals within a defined territory. You will collaborate with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service and achieve revenue goals.

The role requires strong sales and relationship-building skills, knowledge of reimbursement processes, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in business, healthcare, or a related field; equivalent work experience considered.
• Proven experience in business development and customer service is required.
• Minimum of two years in infusion services or a related healthcare field preferred.
• Familiarity with reimbursement policies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage relationships with key referral sources, including clinics, physicians, and payors, to generate Chronic and IVIG patient referrals.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve net revenue and profit (EBITDA) goals by expanding market share and securing new business opportunities.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and in-service presentations to support business development efforts.
• Analyze territory performance and develop strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
• Address and resolve customer service issues promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Support managed care initiatives and assist with pricing submissions in coordination with sales leadership.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including call reports, expense reports, and other required submissions.
• Develop and apply knowledge of relevant disease states, drug therapies, and reimbursement policies.
• Assist in training staff on customer service best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Other related duties as assigned by supervisor or designee
