Job summary

Quad Recruitment partners with a leading healthcare organization to expand infusion services. The Specialty Infusion Manager will drive growth in chronic infusion and IVIG therapies by building referral relationships and increasing market presence across a regional territory.

The role blends business development with patient-focused care, collaborating with clinical, pharmacy and operations teams to ensure a seamless referral and treatment experience. Travel up to 50% regionally is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, or pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% regionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, though relevant experience and a strong track record will be equally considered.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and payers
• Driving referrals for chronic and IVIG infusion therapies
• Collaborating with pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams
