KabaFusion is seeking a Specialty Infusion Manager to drive Chronic and IVIG referrals across a defined territory in St. Louis, MO. This role requires collaboration with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations to achieve revenue goals and market share.

The successful candidate will cultivate relationships with clinics, physicians, and payors, manage customer service, support pricing submissions, and contribute to business development while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in business, healthcare, or related field.
• Proven ability to sell healthcare services and manage relationships with clinics, physicians, and payors.
• Familiarity with reimbursement processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage relationships with key referral sources to generate Chronic and IVIG referrals.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieve net revenue and EBITDA goals by expanding market share and securing new business opportunities.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and presentations to support business development.
• Analyze territory performance and develop strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
• Address and resolve customer service issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support managed care initiatives and assist with pricing submissions with sales leadership.
• Maintain accurate documentation including call and expense reports.
• Develop knowledge of disease states, drug therapies, and reimbursement policies.
• Assist in training staff on customer service best practices.
• Other related duties as assigned.
