Job summary

KabaFusion, a leading home infusion provider, seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive acute patient referrals within a defined territory and collaborate with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations to deliver seamless service.

You will work with hospitals and clinics, achieve net revenue and profit goals, expand market share, and support sales and marketing initiatives while developing knowledge of disease states and reimbursement policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, business/healthcare field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in business development and customer service required.
• Infusion services or healthcare exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage relationships with clinics and hospitals to generate referrals.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations for seamless service.
• Achieve revenue and EBITDA goals by expanding market share.
• Support sales meetings, trainings, and presentations for business development.
• Analyze territory performance and develop strategic plans.
