Job summary

KabaFusion, a leading home infusion provider in Michigan, seeks a Specialty Infusion Manager to drive Chronic and IVIG referrals within a defined territory. You will collaborate with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery and patient satisfaction.

The role targets revenue growth and EBITDA goals, expanding market share and supporting sales and marketing with clinics, physicians, and payors.

Qualifications

• Two years of business development or sales experience preferred in infusion or related healthcare fields.
• Familiarity with reimbursement processes is a plus.
• Strong communication and client management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage relationships with clinics, physicians, and payors to generate Chronic and IVIG referrals.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve net revenue and EBITDA goals by expanding market share and securing new opportunities.
• Lead or participate in sales meetings, trainings, and in-service presentations.
• Analyze territory performance and develop strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
• Address and resolve customer service issues promptly to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Support managed care initiatives and assist with pricing submissions in coordination with sales leadership.
• Maintain accurate call reports, expense reports, and other required submissions.
• Develop knowledge of disease states, drug therapies, and reimbursement policies.
• Train staff on customer service best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
