Qualifications

• 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment.
• Medical terminology knowledge is required.
• CPR/BLS certification prior to starting work is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages front-end operations of the infusion center, including answering calls and greeting patients.
• Reviews cancellations, reschedules treatments, and notifies staff of changes.
• Receives invoices, ensures accuracy, and coordinates with Accounts Payable.
• Schedules patients for follow-up infusions with Care Navigator team.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant patient records and prepares reports as requested.
