Vivo Infusion in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Clinical Service Specialist to support infusion center operations. The role focuses on scheduling, benefits verification, and securing authorizations for treatments, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and assisting our clinical staff in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has healthcare admin experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently at a multi-clinic site. Travel to local Vivo clinics may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Medical Assistant Certification or medical office experience preferred.
• 1 year of insurance authorizations, benefits verifications, and billing preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology required.
• Active CPR/BLS prior to starting work required.
• Typing 50+ wpm; proficient with MS Office and billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-end infusion center operations and patient flow.
• Schedule patients and reschedule as needed; remind about appointments.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain required authorizations.
• Support clinical staff and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
• Collaborate with clinic manager; handle payments, deliveries, and mail.
• Coordinate with Patient Care Navigator for follow-up infusions.
