You will manage front-end operations, ensure HIPAA-compliant records, and coordinate with patient care navigators and providers. Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment, required.
• Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Office experience, preferred.
• 1 year working with insurance authorizations, benefits verifications, and billing, preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, required.
• Active CPR/BLS prior to starting work, required.
• Proficient in typing (50+ wpm) and using office technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manages all front-end operations of the infusion center, including greeting patients and scheduling.
• Verifies insurance benefits and secures authorizations for treatments.
• Supports medical staff and coordinates with care teams.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant handling of patient records and documents.
• Prepares reports and maintains statistical records.
• Assists with inventory management and communication with external sites.
