Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment.
• Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Office experience preferred.
• 1 year working with insurance authorizations, benefits verifications, and billing preferred.
• Basic medical terminology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-end operations, including scheduling and patient greeting.
• Verify insurance benefits and secure required authorizations.
• Support clinical staff and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
• Process payments and coordinate with accounts payable.
