You will drive cloud adoption, security, and resilience while partnering with CIO and IT leadership to translate business needs into practical roadmaps. Strong judgment and client-focused risk management are essential.

The role emphasizes disaster recovery, vendor governance, and cross-functional collaboration across legal, admin, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience in infrastructure, cloud, network and operations.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with strategic planning and budgets.
• Experience in professional services or law firm environment preferred; confidentiality essential.
• Experience supporting mission-critical technology environments and secure data handling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year infrastructure and cloud services roadmap.
• Lead design, governance, delivery and support of core infrastructure services.
• Drive modernization toward cloud-enabled, automated platforms with strong security.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, Purview.
• Ensure reliable connectivity across offices, remote users, and critical services.
• Establish infrastructure standards, KPIs, SLAs and executive reporting.
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Collaborate with security, records, compliance, and other teams to deliver secure services.
• Manage vendors, contracts, SLAs, cost optimization, and roadmap alignment.
• Develop and manage infrastructure budgets and business cases.
