The position drives modernization, cloud adoption, and disaster recovery, ensuring high availability for critical legal tech platforms and collaboration tools. Strong leadership and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience across infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise operations.
• Experience leading teams, programs, vendors, or managed services in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year infrastructure and cloud services roadmap.
• Lead infrastructure design, governance, and operations across multiple locations.
• Oversee cloud services (MS 365, Azure) and security compliance.
• Ensure disaster recovery, business continuity, and service reliability.
• Partner with IT leadership to translate business needs into practical roadmaps.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and capacity planning.
• Communicate risks and progress to senior stakeholders.
