Job summary

The role partners with the CIO and IT leadership to translate legal and business needs into a multi-year technology roadmap, overseeing data centers, cloud platforms, and enterprise collaboration tools, while maintaining high availability for mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience across infrastructure, cloud, network and related services.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with strategy, budgets, and vendor management.
• Experience in a law firm, legal services, or professional services environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud services, identity, and security tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year infrastructure and cloud services roadmap.
• Lead design, governance, and delivery of core infrastructure services and security.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and related services.
• Ensure disaster recovery, business continuity, and high availability across offices.
