Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Director of Infrastructure to lead firmwide strategy, design, and operations for its 60+ locations. You will drive secure, scalable, and cost-effective IT services, partnering with CIO and leadership to translate business needs into a practical technology roadmap.

The role emphasizes disaster recovery, cloud adoption, and seamless service delivery for attorneys, administrators, and clients with a focus on confidentiality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience across infrastructure, cloud, network, or enterprise operations.
• Leadership experience with strategy, budgets, and vendor management.
• Experience in professional services or law firms is preferred with confidentiality and risk awareness.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud services, Azure, M365, identity and access management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year infrastructure and cloud services roadmap aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead design and governance of core infrastructure services including data centers, networks, and cloud platforms.
• Drive modernization toward secure, cloud-enabled, automated solutions with strong controls.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related services.
• Ensure reliable connectivity across offices, remote users, and critical services.
• Lead disaster recovery planning, runbooks, testing, and reporting.
