Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Director of Infrastructure to lead strategy, design, governance and delivery of the firm’s global infrastructure and engineering systems.

You will partner with the CIO to translate firm strategy into a multi-year technology roadmap, ensuring high availability, security, and cost-effective services across 60+ locations. The role requires 10+ years in IT with leadership experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud services, and a track record of driving

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience across infrastructure, cloud, network, enterprise operations.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with strategic planning, people leadership, budgets, vendor management.
• Experience in a law firm, legal services organization, or professional services environment preferred, with confidentiality and risk-aware operations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-year roadmaps and governance models.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud services, Windows Server, networking, data center operations, and security.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year infrastructure and cloud services roadmap aligned with strategic priorities and budget.
• Lead design, governance, delivery, and support of core infrastructure services including Microsoft cloud platforms and data centers.
• Drive modernization toward cloud-enabled platforms with secure controls for confidentiality and compliance.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related cloud services.
• Ensure reliable connectivity across offices, remote users, and critical services with robust network practices.
• Establish infrastructure standards, runbooks, KPIs, SLAs, and executive reporting.
