Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a senior technology leader to oversee the firm’s infrastructure strategy across 60+ locations, ensuring secure, scalable, and cost-effective services that support attorneys, clients, and staff.

The Director, Infrastructure partners with the CIO to translate business needs into a practical technology roadmap, manages data centers, cloud platforms, and collaboration tools, and drives modernization while maintaining confidentiality and high availability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience across infrastructure, cloud, network, or related technology services.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with responsibility for strategic planning, people leadership, service delivery, budgets, and vendor management.
• Experience in a law firm, legal services organization, or professional services environment strongly preferred, with confidentiality and risk-sensitive operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year infrastructure and cloud services roadmap aligned with the firm’s priorities and budget.
• Lead design, governance, delivery, and support of core infrastructure services including data centers, servers, storage, and networks.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related cloud services with governance and cost management.
• Ensure reliable connectivity across offices, remote users, and critical services with secure identity and network practices.
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning for infrastructure services with runbooks and testing.
• Partner with Security, Records, Compliance, Applications, and Service Desk to deliver reliable and secure technology services.
