Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Director of Infrastructure to lead strategic planning, design, and governance of the firm's global technology infrastructure.

You will drive modernization toward secure, cloud-enabled platforms and ensure high availability for Microsoft cloud services, data centers, and collaboration tools. The role requires 10+ years in IT, 5+ years in leadership, and deep experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and security/compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience across infrastructure, cloud, network, enterprise operations, or related technology services.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with responsibility for strategic planning, people leadership, service delivery, budgets, vendor management, project execution, and operational accountability.
• Experience in a law firm, legal services organization, or professional services environment strongly preferred, with confidentiality and client service requirements.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a multi-year infrastructure and cloud services roadmap aligned with strategic priorities, risk posture, and budgets.
• Lead design, governance, delivery, and support of core infrastructure services including Microsoft cloud platforms, data centers, and network operations.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, Purview, and related services with governance and cost management.
• Establish infrastructure standards, runbooks, KPIs, SLAs, and executive reporting to demonstrate reliability and risk management.
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning for infrastructure services and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
