Job summary

Sika is seeking a Sales Representative for Infrastructure to drive regional sales across multiple states under the Regional Sales Manager – Infrastructure. You will build relationships with contractors, engineers, DOTs, and distributors, while supporting project opportunities and product approvals to achieve sales goals.

The role requires a BS degree with at least 5 years of sales experience in construction chemicals and a proven ability to work across states with sales teams and distributors.

Qualifications

• BS degree minimum; relevant experience a plus.
• Proven track record in construction chemical sales on infrastructure projects and distributors.
• Capable of working with/for sales teams in different states to achieve goals.
• Proven skills and traits to work in teams and foster relationships to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Grow regional sales and market share by expanding relationships with contractors, engineers, DOTs, and distributors.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to identify opportunities and close projects.
• Maintain and secure product approvals with state DOTs throughout the assigned region.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with contractor and engineering personnel to maximize territory coverage and sales opportunities.
• Lead contractor education on product knowledge, application techniques, and program development.
• Provide on-site technical support, installation guidance, troubleshooting, and coordination with technical services teams to ensure project success.
• Monitor market conditions, industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity, and provide recommendations to support sales objectives.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, associations, and networking events to promote brand leadership and business growth.
• Partner with distributors to develop joint plans and achieve mutual growth.
