Sika in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dynamic Project Sales Representative to join our Commercial Refurbishment Sealing & Bonding team. You will drive demand for our products by providing exceptional service to distributors, contractors, and specifiers, shaping the future of construction and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales experience, a proven ability to meet targets, and knowledge of building materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 2 years of sales experience with a track record of success.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
• Familiarity with construction, building materials, or wholesale distribution.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and implement plans.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets within assigned discounts or profit goals.
• Promote Sika products by developing specs and contractor applications.
• Maximize territory coverage through effective account management.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and product offerings.
• Develop and implement tailored sales action plans for key accounts.
• Foster communication with regional and cross-functional teams.
• Support profitability with strategic business decisions.
