Job summary

Sika USA in Houston, TX is seeking a Sales Representative for Infrastructure to grow regional sales across multiple states under the Regional Sales Manager. You will build relationships with contractors, engineers, DOTs, and distributors, and drive profitable projects from lead to close while ensuring product approvals and strong field support.

Key responsibilities include educating contractors, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring market trends, and representing Sika at industry events

Qualifications

• BS degree minimum; proven track record in infrastructure or construction chemical sales is a plus.
• 5+ years of sales experience in construction/infra markets.
• Ability to manage sales across multiple states and coordinate with distributors.

Responsibilities

• Grow regional sales and market share by expanding relationships with contractors, engineers, DOTs, and distributors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and close projects successfully.
• Maintain and secure product approvals with state DOTs in the assigned region.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with contractor and engineering personnel to maximize territory coverage.
• Lead contractor education efforts on product knowledge and installation techniques.
• Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and coordination with technical services.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity; advise on sales objectives.
