Job summary

Royal Electric is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout in California locations (Sacramento/Pleasanton). You will lead teams, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with contractors, owners, and vendors to deliver quality results.

The role emphasizes relationship building, proactive planning, and clear communication across office and field teams, with travel as needed. Exempt, full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

• Understand entire construction process from design to close-out; bid analysis and budgeting.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications accurately.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Prioritize, complete tasks, and address issues promptly.
• Proficient with MS Office, Bluebeam, Accubid, PlanGrid, and ProCore.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with General Contractors, Owners, and vendors.
• Serve as primary point person from preconstruction to closeout.
• Delegate tasks and ensure the project team understands scope and plan.
• Coordinate between Field Operations and Preconstruction; manage schedule and plan execution.
• Review documents, issue RFIs, and manage subcontracting process to buyout.
• Monitor budget, labor tracking, and schedule implications; communicate with executives.
