Royal Electric Company is seeking a Project Executive (PX) for our Infrastructure Group in Northern California. The role focuses on leading project teams, strengthening client relationships, and driving profitable project delivery across complex electrical infrastructure initiatives.

You will build teams, coordinate with Preconstruction and Estimating, manage risk, and ensure alignment with Royal's proven process and core values of expertise, collaboration, integrity, passion, and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience leading multiple project teams and overseeing subcontracts.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and staff project teams, defining roles, goals and growth plans.
• Develop and maintain client relationships across top accounts.
• Coordinate with vendors, subs, Preconstruction and Estimating for bids and execution.
• Align projects with Royal's proven processes and strategic goals.
• Drive financial performance through budgeting, scheduling and change control.
• Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and keep projects on time and within budget.
• Engage in leadership activities and share lessons learned across teams.
