Job summary

High-Light Electric, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead full execution of civil and electrical infrastructure projects in California.

You’ll manage preconstruction through closeout, own budgets, schedules, and client relationships, and collaborate with the Project Accountant and Finance Director. This role requires strengthening teams in union environments, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with prevailing wage and DIR requirements.

Qualifications

• Progressive project management experience in civil/public works preferred.
• Experience with public agency projects including prevailing wage and DIR requirements.
• Knowledge of electrical construction operations to coordinate scope and cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout across multiple active projects.
• Establish financial foundations, schedules, and procurement strategies pre-mobilization.
• Maintain master schedules and ensure proactive risk management and coordination.
