Job summary

RIMEPRO INC in Northern California is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead electrical scopes on complex public infrastructure projects across the Bay Area, from preconstruction and procurement through field execution, commissioning, and closeout.

You will partner with field leadership, engineers, subcontractors, and public-sector clients to manage budgets, schedules, procurement, risk, and quality, coordinating with mechanical systems, controls, and other trades on water, wastewater, pump

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong electrical construction background required.
• Experience with public works, municipal, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Water/wastewater or pump station experience highly preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution, controls, instrumentation, and switchgear.
• Proficiency with construction management and project controls software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical and infrastructure projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Lead project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and cost controls.
• Review electrical plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and project documentation.
• Coordinate electrical scopes with mechanical systems, process equipment, controls, and other trades.
• Oversee procurement and installation coordination for major electrical equipment and systems.
• Partner with Superintendents and field teams to resolve constructability and coordination issues.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, engineers, inspectors, and owner representatives.
• Maintain project schedules and identify potential cost, schedule, or procurement risks.
• Participate in owner and agency meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support testing, startup, commissioning, punch list, and project closeout.
• Ensure projects meet contractual, safety, quality, and public-agency requirements.
