Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical project management experience.
• Degree in Construction Management, Business, or Engineering preferred.
• Solid knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating and engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage project development from initiation to completion.
• Be accountable for project.
• Outline scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and schedule with stakeholders.
• Clearly communicate expectations to team members.
• Act as mediator between stakeholders and team members.
• Resolve issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle.
• Document and approve scope changes with change orders.
• Lead, coach, and motivate project team members.
