Royal Electric is seeking a Project Executive to lead our Infrastructure Group across Northern, CA. You will build teams, establish roles, and drive project success with a focus on collaboration, integrity, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing growth plans for staff, managing relationships with blue/green clients, and coordinating with preconstruction, estimating, and field operations to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
• 10+ years of experience within project management role with increasing responsibilities
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Direct experience overseeing multiple projects of varying scopes/sizes
• Experience leading multiple successful project teams, including development of direct reports and maintaining relationships with external entities
• Experienced dealing with subcontracts and subcontractors
• Excellent organizational, team management, problem-solving and motivational skills
