Job summary

Royal Electric Company is seeking a Project Manager to support infrastructure projects based in California. The role will oversee coordination with General Contractors, Owners, and subcontractors from preconstruction through closeout and will manage budgets, schedules, and procurement.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with at least five years' experience in construction management, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, and Accubid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of related experience.
• Must understand the construction process from design to project close-out including bid analysis and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate tasks, and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with General Contractors, Owners, Subcontractors, and vendors.
• Serve as the point person from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Coordinate between Field Operations and Preconstruction and manage project plans.
• Review documents for inconsistencies and prepare RFIs.
• Prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, and track labor/material costs.
• Ensure schedule milestones are achievable and manage procurement and change orders.
• Coach project engineers and drivers of project success.
