Job summary

Royal Electric Company is seeking a Project Executive to lead the Infrastructure Group across Northern California. The role focuses on building high-performing project teams, cultivating client and vendor relationships, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

You will implement the Royal Proven Process from discovery to closeout, and drive continuous improvement and financial success across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
• 10+ years of experience within project management role with increasing responsibilities.
• Direct experience overseeing multiple projects of varying scopes/sizes.
• Experience leading multiple successful project teams, including development of direct reports and maintaining relationships with external entities.
• Experienced dealing with subcontracts and subcontractors.
• Excellent organizational, team management, problem-solving and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build the people within the project team to facilitate growth and team capability.
• Build relationships with clients and manage expectations throughout the project.
• Coordinate with vendors, subs, and internal departments for project success.
• Implement the Royal Proven Process on all projects from discovery to closeout.
• Maximize project financial success through startup, preplanning and change management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
