Royal Electric is seeking a Project Executive for the Infrastructure Group to lead project teams across Northern California. The role emphasizes staff development, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration with vendors and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
• 10+ years of experience within project management role with increasing responsibilities.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Direct experience overseeing multiple projects of varying scopes/sizes.
• Experience leading multiple successful project teams, including development of direct reports and maintaining relationships with external entities.
• Experienced dealing with subcontracts and subcontractors.
• Excellent organizational, team management, problem-solving and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Structure the department to adequately staff project teams and assign roles with clear goals.
• Coach and develop project teams to achieve key results and foster continuous improvement.
• Develop growth plans for team members and anticipate future staffing needs.
• Promote collaboration and innovation at all levels.
• Identify and nurture client relationships and manage top accounts.
• Coordinate with vendors, subs, and internal departments for project success.
• Implement the Royal Proven Process on all projects from discovery to closeout.
• Maximize project financial performance through proactive startup, preplanning and change management.
• Identify and mitigate potential risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
