Royal Electric is seeking a seasoned Project Executive to lead our Infrastructure Group in Northern California. You will build strong project teams, drive client engagement, and coordinate with internal departments to deliver safe, on-budget projects.

You will mentor staff, manage complex subcontractor relationships, and foster innovation across the portfolio. The role emphasizes strategic oversight, risk management and financial performance, with a focus on high-quality delivery for builders,

• Lead project teams and ensure staffing aligns with project needs.

• Build and maintain client relationships at all levels.
• Coordinate with Preconstruction, Estimating and Support Operations.
• Monitor budgets, schedule, and resources across multiple projects.
