Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is a global leader in digital infrastructure seeking a Project Manager II – Infrastructure to plan, manage and deliver internal IT projects on time and within budget. You will coordinate Systems Engineers, Network Engineers, Data Center Technicians and other teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in technical project management, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of IT, project management, service delivery or customer relationship management.
• PMI/Agile certification preferred and ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with data center environments and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages and delivers internal IT projects on time and within budget.
• Facilitates communication between Systems Engineers, Network Engineers, Data Center Technicians and other teams.
• Develops and actively manages project plans with defined phases, tasks and due dates.
• Monitors status, issues, risks and escalations for upper management.
• Continuously improves internal processes and documentation.
