Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager II to lead complex, multi-site tenant fit-out projects at data centers. You will partner with Solutions Engineering and Development to define scope, estimate schedules and costs, and manage delivery after contract execution.

The role requires coordinating across Sales, Facility Operations and Development, with emphasis on safety, timely delivery and cost control for mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in project management with focus in commercial construction or data center operations.
• Experience with contract types, negotiation, and risk management.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• US Citizenship required by federal contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site tenant fit-out projects and coordinate with construction managers.
• Develop budgets and schedules; monitor • variances and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and QTS policies on active construction sites.
• Identify critical path items and manage client expectations throughout planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Development to align scope and future needs.
